Within the setup process April 2018

Purpose of the organization is to legislate, promote, and collaborate with the University on the Project to erect five flagpoles in each of the Residential Neighborhoods within the Michigan State University Campus. An American flag and Spartan flag below, would be flown on each flagpole.
